Member of Parliament calls for change in number plates system.The MP for Rochford and Southend E has called for changes to be made to the UK registration number system so that drivers can select whatever combination of numbers and letters they want when they buy a personalised number plate unlike the current strict system which identifies age and area of the vehicle.
